Financial Advisors Live Event

Step away from the noise. Spend time with advisors who understand the responsibility you carry. Reconnect your faith, your leadership, your business, and the life you're called to lead.

There aren’t many places where successful financial advisors can talk honestly about all of it.

The business. The pressure. The opportunities. The people who depend on you. The questions you’re wrestling with. And the role your faith plays in how you lead and live.

That’s why I’m creating the Purpose-Focused Advisor Retreat.

It’s a small, in-person gathering for Christian financial advisors who want to step away from the day-to-day, spend meaningful time with one another, and create some space to listen, reflect, pray, and think about what matters most.

Want to talk about it first?

Not Another Conference

I’ve been to plenty of conferences over the years. I’ve led coaching groups, mastermind programs, workshops, and roundtables.

This isn’t intended to be another one of those.

There won’t be a packed agenda or a parade of speakers. And you won’t spend a couple of days filling a notebook with ideas you’ll never get around to implementing.

The goal is simpler.

Bring together a small group of advisors who share a desire to lead well, take their faith seriously, and are willing to have meaningful conversations about business, leadership, life, and calling.

I’ll facilitate our time together, but I don’t want to over-program it.

Some of the most important conversations happen when we give ourselves enough space to actually have them.

Why Step Away?

If you’re a successful advisor or firm leader, you’re probably accustomed to being the person others turn to.

Clients need you.

Your team needs you.

Your family needs you.

And there is always another decision to make, problem to solve, or opportunity to consider.

But leaders need places where they can step away too.

Places where you don’t have to have all the answers.

Where you can think out loud with people who understand your world.

Where faith isn’t something separate from the conversation about your business, leadership, relationships, and future.

That’s the kind of environment I want this retreat to create.

What You Can Expect

I’m intentionally keeping the retreat small and the structure simple.

You can expect meaningful facilitated conversations, time for personal reflection, fellowship with other Christian financial advisors, prayer and Scripture, and plenty of room for the conversations that emerge naturally when the right people spend time together.

We’ll talk about business.

We’ll talk about leadership.

We’ll talk about purpose, relationships, opportunities, challenges, and the things that may be difficult to talk about anywhere else.

And we’ll make room to consider where God may be leading each of us next.

Who Is This For?

The Purpose-Focused Advisor Retreat is being created for established financial advisors and firm leaders who want to be successful without allowing success to define them.

Advisors who care deeply about their clients and teams.

Who want their faith to shape the way they lead, serve, and make decisions.

Who value honest conversation more than polished presentations.

And who believe that sometimes the best way to move forward is to step away for a little while.

Why I'm Creating This

For years, I’ve coached financial advisors around growth, leadership, purpose, and building businesses that support the lives they actually want to lead.

That work continues to mean a great deal to me.

At the same time, my own life has changed. I’m spending more of my time in ministry and chaplaincy, and it has reinforced something I’ve believed for a long time:

Our faith, our work, our relationships, and our purpose were never meant to live in separate boxes.

I want to create a place where a small group of advisors can explore those things together.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I’ve seen what can happen when the right people get in a room, slow down, listen well, ask better questions, encourage one another, and make room for God to work.

That’s what I hope this retreat can become.

Interested in Joining Us?

I’m still shaping the details of the next Purpose-Focused Advisor Retreat.

If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, join the interest list. I’ll make sure you’re among the first to know when the dates, location, and other details are ready.

Or, if you’d rather talk first, I’d enjoy the conversation.
