Financial Advisors Live Event

Build a Business and Life That Reflect Your Faith, Fuel Your Growth, and Multiply Your Impact

Introducing The Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable

A coach-led community for Christian financial advisors ready to grow with clarity, lead with conviction, and strengthen their faith. Guided by a seasoned business coach and Christian leader who helps you stay focused on what matters most.

Lead with Faith. Grow with Purpose.

The Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable is for Christian financial advisors who want to integrate faith and business without losing focus on results.

It’s not a course.

It’s a professionally led community where coaching, faith, and true peer relationships come together. It’s a place to think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and grow alongside other advisors who share your faith and understand the responsibility you carry.

At the center of the Roundtable is the Truest Fan Blueprint, a common framework every member learns and uses to stay focused on what matters most and put purpose into practice.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve built a successful practice. You’re proud of the clients you serve and the team you lead.

But if you’re honest, something still feels off.

  • You’re achieving more than ever, but you wonder if all that activity is moving you toward what matters most.

  • You believe your faith should shape how you lead, but you’re not always sure what that looks like in the everyday decisions of business and life.

  • You crave clarity, but the noise of daily business keeps pulling you off course.

  • You’d value a community of Christian advisors where you can talk honestly about business, leadership, faith, and life.

If any of that resonates, you’re not alone.

And that’s exactly why I created this Roundtable.

Why I Created This Roundtable

Hello, I’m Rob Brown.

I’ve spent much of my career coaching financial advisors to lead with clarity, build thriving firms, and serve their clients with excellence.

Over the years, I’ve also become increasingly convinced that business success alone is not a very satisfying finish line.

The deeper questions matter.

Who am I becoming?

What kind of leader am I?

What am I building and why?

How am I serving the people God has placed in my life?

How do my faith, work, relationships, and purpose fit together?

Those are the conversations I want to create more space for.

That’s why I created the Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable: to bring together Christian financial advisors who want to grow strong businesses, lead faithfully, stay focused on what matters most, and learn from others trying to do the same.

“Working with Rob isn’t just about business—it’s about building something meaningful. I’ve had coaches before, but Rob’s approach is different. He helps you see the bigger picture and make decisions that align with your values and purpose, not just your bottom line.”

What Makes This Roundtable Different

Most programs for advisors focus primarily on business growth or professional development. Faith communities, on the other hand, may not create much space to talk about the real decisions and responsibilities that come with leading an advisory firm.

The Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable brings those worlds together.

  • Professional Coaching — Real conversations about growth, leadership, teams, succession, client experience, decision-making, and the challenges that come with running a successful advisory business.

  • A Shared Framework — Every member learns and uses the Truest Fan Blueprint to
clarify what matters most, identify priorities, work through roadblocks, and
    turn ideas into action.

  • Christian Fellowship — Faith is not an add-on here. We make room for prayer, Scripture, honest conversation, and the role God may be playing in the decisions, challenges, and opportunities in front of us.

  • True Community — You’ll be surrounded by advisors who understand the responsibility you carry and who want to encourage, challenge, and learn from one another.

This is not another online group built around constant content. It’s an ongoing, coach-led community built around meaningful conversation, a shared Blueprint, and relationships worth investing in.

"Rob doesn’t just offer advice—he challenges you to think bigger and actually follow through. The clarity I’ve gained from working with him has been a game-changer in both my business and my leadership.”

How It Works

The Roundtable is intentionally simple. Every member begins from the same foundation, and then we stay connected through a consistent rhythm of coaching, community, reflection, and action.

Your First 90 Days

Every member begins with the same 90-day experience. This is not a trial period. It is how you enter the Roundtable and begin working from the same foundation as the other members.

During those first 90 days, you’ll learn the Truest Fan Blueprint, develop your own Blueprint, and begin putting it into action in your business and life. You’ll also participate fully in the monthly Roundtable, prayer and reflection gathering, and private member community.

The goal is greater clarity about what matters most, where you’re headed, and what needs your attention now, along with a Blueprint you can continue using and refining.

Monthly Roundtable

Once each month, we gather for a 90-minute coach-led conversation about the real issues members are facing in business, leadership, faith, and life.

Some months I may bring a question or theme. Other months the conversation will grow directly from what members are working through. The goal is not to cover material. It’s to have the conversations that matter.

Monthly Prayer & Reflection

Once a month, there will also be an optional opportunity to gather for prayer and reflection. We’ll share prayer concerns, spend a few minutes in Scripture or reflection, and pray for one another. Simple and meaningful.

Private Member Community

Between meetings, members stay connected through a private online community. It’s a place to ask questions, share ideas, celebrate wins, talk through challenges, request prayer, and continue conversations that began during the Roundtable.

I’ll participate personally in the community as well. Members can bring questions to me between Roundtables, and I’ll respond with perspective, questions, coaching, or resources when helpful. Whenever possible, I’ll answer in a way that allows the broader community to learn from the conversation too.

This is not intended to replace individual executive coaching or private consulting.

Living the Blueprint

The Blueprint is not simply an onboarding exercise. Members continue using and refining it as their businesses, priorities, opportunities, and lives change.

Because every member enters through the same Blueprint process, we develop a common language for talking about purpose, priorities, action, and roadblocks. That shared foundation is an important part of what makes the Roundtable valuable.

“What I was hoping to accomplish was growth and a return on my investment. However, I feel like the greatest benefit is something I was not trying to seek out. Not to sound too much like a credit card commercial, it’s priceless the ROI that I’ve seen [in] organization and direction and implementation of things that I want to accomplish.”

Led by Experience. Rooted in Faith.

Now that you’ve seen how the Roundtable works, let me share a little about the experience behind it.

I’m the host of The Purpose-Focused Advisor Podcast and the author of three books on leadership, purpose, client experience, and business growth:

Delivering the Ultimate Client Experience,

Truest Fan: Live, Love, and Lead with Purpose and Impact, and

The Truest Fan Blueprint: Focus on What Matters to Achieve Your Most Cherished Goals.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of financial advisors and firm leaders.

But before I ever stepped into coaching, I was where many advisors are now. I built and led a financial planning practice, served clients, and later joined the executive leadership team of a regional firm with nearly 300 advisors.

That experience taught me a great deal about growth, leadership, and the responsibility that comes with building a successful business.

It also taught me that the bigger questions matter.

Today, the Truest Fan Blueprint gives me a framework for helping advisors think intentionally about what matters most, where they’re headed, and how their faith, leadership, business, and life fit together.

That’s the work I want the Roundtable to make room for.

What You’ll Gain

When you join the Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable, the goal is not simply to give you more information. It’s to help you:

  • Gain greater clarity about what matters most and where you’re headed.

  • Build and use your own Truest Fan Blueprint as a practical famework for business and site.

  • Make better decisions about growth, leadership, priorities, and the challenges in front of you.

  • Create more space for your faith to shape how you live, lead, and serve.

  • Build meaningful relationships with Christian advisors who understand the responsibility you carry.

  • Stay focused and keep moving forward with the encouragement, perspective, and accountability of the group.

This isn’t simply a place to grow your business. It’s a place to become a more purpose-focused advisor and leader.

Investment

Joining the Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable begins with a $5,000 initial 90-day commitment.

Every member begins here because the first 90 days establish the common foundation for the community. You’ll learn the Truest Fan Blueprint, develop your own, begin putting it into practice, and participate fully in the Roundtable experience.

After completing the first 90 days, members may continue in the Roundtable for $500 per month.

The initial 90 days are not a trial or an optional path. They are how every member enters the Roundtable.

Next Steps

It starts with a conversation.

You can’t join the Purpose-Focused Advisor Roundtable simply by clicking a checkout button.

Every prospective member begins with a conversation with me.

We’ll talk about what’s happening in your business and life, what you’re looking for, and whether the Roundtable feels like the right fit.

No complicated application process. No sales presentation. Just a conversation.

A Final Word from My Heart

I believe that when advisors live and lead with purpose, they change lives.

They serve clients more intentionally. They lead teams more thoughtfully. They make better decisions about what deserves their time and attention. And they create more room for their faith to shape the way they live, lead, and serve.

That’s what this Roundtable is about.

It’s not about chasing more. It’s about staying focused on what matters most and doing that alongside people who understand both the opportunity and the responsibility of this work.

If that sounds like a community you’d value, I’d love to talk.

Rooting for your success!
